National Food Shop in Westmount is another perhaps unsuspecting place to pick up (or eat in) a custom made fresh salad. At the back counter of this high-end grocery store, you can find a fully loaded salad bar including kale, fresh veggies, sliced apples, hard boiled egg, chicken, tuna salad, crab salad, craisins, crunchy noodles and a long list of dressings such as Balsamic, Asian Sesame, Thai, Wafu, and Honey Mustard to name a few!

While poutine and lobster poutine and pulled pork poutine and breakfast poutine may get most of the attention, Montreal also has a wide variety of delectable and exciting salads to offer!
